1. Who we are
Dunprint is a trading name of Oleh Dyshliuk, 81 Caithness Rd, East Kilbride, Glasgow G74 3JQ. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website, whether you're buying for yourself (as a consumer) or for a business, club or team. Where a part only applies to consumers or only to businesses, it says so. You must be 18 or over to place an order. The terms in force on the day you order are the ones that apply to that order. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Personalised products
Every item is printed to order with your design. Mockups show how your design will look. Colours on screen are a close match, but every screen shows colour a little differently, so the fabric and inks can look slightly different in real life. Print size and position can vary slightly from the preview, and garment measurements in our size guide are approximate.
4. Your design and what we won't print
You're responsible for the text, names and ideas you put into your design, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We print exactly what you approve, so please check spelling, names and sizes carefully before paying.
Cheeky is fine: stag and hen wording, in-jokes and daft nicknames are all welcome. We won't print hate, slurs or threats, other people's logos, brands or characters, or photos of real people without their say-so. In particular, we won't print designs that:
- use someone else's trademark, logo or copyrighted work (for example, club crests, brand names or characters)
- show or name a real person in a way they haven't agreed to
- are hateful, threatening or otherwise unlawful
We review every order before printing. If we can't print one name or line, we'll email you to change it before we print anything. We never cancel a whole order over one name. If the main design itself can't be printed, we'll contact you to change it, or cancel and refund you in full if you prefer.
AI designs are generated by Anthropic's Claude from your description. They're made fresh each time, but similar descriptions can give similar results, so we can't promise a design is unique. Our templates and website remain ours. We don't claim ownership of your design: you give us permission to store, reproduce and print it to make your order (and any reprint), and we won't use it in our marketing without asking you first.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on our prices. The price per item depends on the total number of items in a single order, as shown on our prices table and at checkout. Names or numbers on the back cost £3 extra per item. Standard delivery is free; express delivery costs £4.99. Online orders are limited to 50 items.
You pay in full when you order. By debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link (Stripe's saved-card checkout). Payments go through Stripe, our card payment provider, so we never see your full card number. If we ever show an obviously wrong price because of a mistake, we'll contact you before printing, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. When the contract starts
Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through and we confirm your order (on screen, and by email when you've given us your address). We may still cancel and fully refund an order if its main design breaks section 4 and you'd rather not change it, or if we can't make it for reasons outside our control.
7. Production and delivery
Order by 12pm (UK time) on a working day and we print it and post it the next working day. Order after 12pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday and we post it 2 working days later. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Then Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free) takes 2–3 days and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (express) takes 1 day. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. Delivery dates are estimates; see delivery and returns for details.
We deliver to UK addresses only. The items are your responsibility once they're delivered to the address you gave us. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, tell us: we'll chase it and, if it's lost, reprint or refund your order.
8. Changing or cancelling an order
You can change sizes, names on the back, your delivery address and your email yourself on your order page until 12pm on the first working day after you pay. Your order page shows the exact time. Find your order with your order number and email address.
Because every item is made to your specification, the usual 14-day right to cancel online purchases doesn't apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). You can still cancel for a full refund until 12pm on the first working day after you pay, when printing starts: email us with your order number. After that we can't cancel the order, but email us anyway and we'll do our best.
9. Faulty, misprinted or damaged items
Your items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If anything arrives faulty, misprinted or damaged, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. If you're a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you these rights, and after 30 days you still have them, including a repair or replacement, or a refund if that doesn't fix the problem.
Normal wear, and damage from not following the care instructions, are not faults. Care: wash at 40°C, inside out, and line dry. Don't bleach or dry clean. Iron on warm if you need to, but never over the print.
If you ordered the wrong size, we can't exchange it, as it's personalised. We'll gladly reprint it in the right size at 25% off.
10. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable.
If you're a consumer: we supply the items for your own private use, so we aren't liable to you for business losses.
If you're buying as a business (a company, club or team): we aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Events outside our control
If something outside our control, such as a postal strike, severe weather or a supplier failure, delays your order, we'll let you know. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and get a refund for anything we haven't yet made.
12. Your personal data
We use your personal data as described in our privacy notice.
13. Complaints
If something's not right, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Scots law. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you live in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts too, and you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
