Pop in your order number and the email you used at checkout, and we’ll email you your order’s private link. It shows where your order is up to — and, before printing starts, you can change names, sizes or your address.
Where’s my order number? It starts DP- (like DP-1011) and it’s at the top of your confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
Ordered on another phone? No problem — the link in the email works on any device.
Why email? Your order page shows your name and address, so we only ever send its link to the email on the order — nobody else can open it with just your order number.
