How long it takes
Order by 12pm (UK time) on a working day and we print it and post it the next working day. Order after 12pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday and we post it 2 working days later. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Then Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free) takes 2–3 days and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (express) takes 1 day. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.

Where we deliver
Anywhere in the UK, including the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, for the same price. We can't ship outside the UK yet.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us: we'll chase Royal Mail and, if it's lost, reprint or refund your order.
Returns
Everything we sell is printed to order with your design, so personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind. The 14-day cancellation right for online orders doesn't cover personalised goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)).
Faulty, misprinted or damaged
If something's wrong with your order, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Wrong size
If you ordered a size that doesn't fit, we can't exchange it, but we'll reprint it in the right size at 25% off. Check the size guide before you order to get it right first time; buying as a gift? See sizes for gifts.
Changing or cancelling
You can change sizes, names on the back, your delivery address and your email yourself on your order page until 12pm on the first working day after you pay. Your order page shows the exact time. Find your order with your order number and email address.
To cancel with a full refund, email us with your order number before 12pm on the first working day after you pay. Once printing has started we can't cancel, but email us anyway and we'll do our best.
Looking after your print
Wash inside out at 30°C, skip the hot tumble dryer and don't iron over the print. Colours on screen are a close match, but every screen shows colour a little differently, so the fabric and inks can look slightly different in real life.
