How long will my order take?
Order by 12pm (UK time) on a working day and we print it and post it the next working day. Order after 12pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday and we post it 2 working days later. Then Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free) takes 2–3 days and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (express) takes 1 day. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. Express costs £4.99; free delivery costs nothing.
How much does it cost?
The price per item depends on how many items are in your order, tees and hoodies counted together: 1 item: tee £24.99, hoodie £39.99 2–4 items: tee £19.99, hoodie £34.99 5–9 items: tee £16.99, hoodie £29.99 10–24 items: tee £13.99, hoodie £26.99 25+ items: tee £11.99, hoodie £24.99 Names or numbers on the back are £3 extra per item, and standard tracked delivery is free.
How do I order for a group?
Make your design, switch on names on the back and add a row for each person with their name, size and garment. It's one order and one payment, the whole group gets the bulk price, and it all arrives in one parcel. Got someone's size wrong? You can change sizes, names on the back, your delivery address and your email yourself on your order page until 12pm on the first working day after you pay. Your order page shows the exact time.
Can you print names and numbers on the back?
Yes. Each item can have its own name (up to 14 characters) and number (up to 3 digits) across the shoulders, plus an optional line that goes on everyone's back above the name, like BRIDE TRIBE (up to 20 characters). It's £3 extra per item. Names print in capital letters (unless you pick the script lettering), exactly as the preview shows.
What's the print like, and how do I wash it?
We print your design onto a special film and heat-press it onto the shirt by hand in Scotland. (Printers call this DTF, short for direct-to-film.) It gives full colour, sharp detail and a soft, flexible finish on any fabric colour. Wash inside out at 30°C, skip the hot tumble dryer and don't iron over the print.
What sizes do you do?
Tees come in unisex XS–3XL plus kids' sizes, and hoodies in S–3XL. Our size guide has chest and length measurements: lay a top that fits well flat and compare. Buying as a gift? The size guide has typical sizes by chest and height too.
Do you do kids' sizes?
Tees come in kids' sizes from 3-4 to 12-13 years, at the same price as adult tees, and they count towards the bulk price. The print is scaled to fit the smaller shirt: up to 7 × 8.5 in on the front and 8 × 3.3 in for a name on the back. Hoodies are adult sizes only.
How do AI designs work?
Describe your idea and Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, draws a design from your description. You see it on the garment straight away and can tweak the description and try again, within a fair-use daily limit (text templates are unlimited). Please don't put personal details in your description.
Who owns my design?
You're free to use the designs you make here, on your shirts and online. AI artwork is generated fresh each time, but similar descriptions can give similar results, so we can't promise it's one of a kind. We keep a copy to print your order and won't use it in our marketing without your permission.
Is there anything you won't print?
Cheeky is fine: stag and hen wording, in-jokes and daft nicknames are all welcome. We won't print hate, slurs or threats, other people's logos, brands or characters, or photos of real people without their say-so. We check every order before printing. If we can't print one name or line, we'll email you to change it before we print anything. We never cancel a whole order over one name.
How do I find my order?
Find your order with your order number (it looks like DP-1234) and the email address you used: we'll email you its private link. The number is on the confirmation page you see after paying and in your confirmation email. On your order page you can see what you ordered, when it will arrive and its tracking once it's posted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change sizes, names on the back, your delivery address and your email yourself on your order page until 12pm on the first working day after you pay. Your order page shows the exact time. To cancel, email us with your order number before then and we'll refund you in full. Once printing has started we can't cancel, but email us anyway and we'll do our best.
Can I return it if it doesn't fit?
Because everything is printed to order, personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind or the wrong size. If you ordered the wrong size, email us and we'll reprint it for you at 25% off.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Will the colours look the same as on my screen?
Colours on screen are a close match, but every screen shows colour a little differently, so the fabric and inks can look slightly different in real life. Our prints are full colour and vivid, but neon and metallic shades can't be reproduced exactly.
Can I order more than 50 items?
Online orders take up to 50 items. For bigger runs, email us your quantities, sizes and dates and we'll send a quote.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link (Stripe's saved-card checkout). Payments go through Stripe, our card payment provider, so we never see your full card number.
Do your prices include VAT?
We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on our prices: what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Can I get a receipt for my company?
Yes. Open your order page and print it or save it as a PDF: it works as your receipt and shows your name, delivery address, what you ordered and what you paid. We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on our prices. Need a company name on it? Email us your order number and the company name and we'll add it.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the UK, including the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, at the same price. We don't ship outside the UK yet.
